Last Date for Payment of GST and Filing of Return For July 2017 Extended By 5 Days - 19 Aug 2017

Notes :  

1) The above table is applicable for the month of July 2017 related to filing of Form 3B,

2) TRANS 01 is optional to file before 28 Aug and those who would not be able to finalize and file the same by this due date can file later up to the period of 3 months starting from 1 July 2017,

3) Last day to discharge your final liability is 25 Aug in both cases above and if the liability is not paid by this date then 18% interest will be charged,

4) The purpose to avail the benefit to file TRANS 01 is to get a credit which has been carried over from earlier tax regime upto 30 June 2017 or else CASH needs to be deposited for the net output liability for the month of July 2017
